PBL Trailers warrants all trailers against structural defects in workmanship by PBL Trailers for: One (1) year for all Domestic & Commercial Trailers. One (1) year for all Horse Floats. Five (5) Years for PBL Rubber Suspension fitted to Horse Floats.
PBL Trailers liability (and that of our resellers) under this warranty is wholly limited to repair or replacement of the trailers (or those parts of the trailers recognised as defective) in accordance with the procedure above and you have no right to other compensation, costs or damages under this warranty.
This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under a law in relation to the trailer.
Satisfactory proof of purchase must be given at the date of notification of any claim under this warranty.
You must notify your Authorised PBL Dealer or PBL Trailers by email sent to [email protected] giving full details of any warranty issue within 24hrs of the issue occurring.
PBL Trailers, or an Authorised PBL Dealer, must be given access to inspect the trailer. In most cases the cost of transporting the PBL Trailer to and from the factory must be paid by the owner unless satisfactory repairs can be carried out by the Dealer or an authorised repairer closer to the purchaser's location.
The trailer must not be used to carry a load until inspection is completed.
Unless otherwise directed by PBL Trailers, all warranty repairs are to be completed by PBL Trailers, at its main factory situated at 41-45 Kremzow Road, Brendale QLD 4500.

This warranty is limited to the original owner stated on this card. Any work carried out on a PBL Trailer, except by PBL Trailers or an Authorised repairer, will void this warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The guarantees referred to in the statutory notice only apply if the supply of the goods by us to you is a supply of goods or services to a consumer as defined in the Australian Consumer Law.
