The strong floor is made of 2.1mm Checkerplate. The axle is 45mm round solid S1040 S/L. The trailer features 50mm electric coupling, 10" electric brakes for both axles (in cab), a parking brake, and a Brake-Safe battery breakaway. It has a 10mm double safety chain and 3000Kg structural capacity. Durable suspension is provided by the 6 leaf 48x8mm shackle rocker. The trailer travels on 14" Sunrasia Ford wheels fitted with new 185R14LT tyres. The spare is also new and is firmly secured on a spare carrier. An 8" heavy duty jockey wheel makes it easier to move the trailer around by hand.
